We do not accept returns of Therapy Rich™ products purchased at our retailer partners. Please contact your original point of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at orders@therapyrich.com.
